At Payne Prime, we want you to love your furniture and décor as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Assembled or used furniture
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

How to Start a Return

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
